Staple Set Brush Tables
These traditional staple set brush table style modules can be cut to any size best to fill your machine bed layout as a brush table. A staple set brush table is when the filament or bristle is forced into a flat surface (similar to a toothbrush), and trimmed to length.
A broad area of this surface, if densely spaced, is ideal for supporting heavy metal or other material. In the past, sheet material travels on steel tables or metal rollers. The movement is not only boisterous, but it can be hard on the finish of certain products.
