Flex-Guard’s brand name for Staple Set Flexible Strip Brush is known as FLEXBACK… Flex-Guard manufactures two types of the Staple Set Flexible Strip Brush, including, standard and heavy-duty. These two types of FLEXBACK strip brushes come from flexible thermoplastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, styrene, nylons, and PVC. Flex-Guard’s selection of material for our flexible strip brushes is specific to the requirements of the strip’s application. The only limits of the range of shapes or configurations for our flexible strip brush are your imagination. A single row of tufts is the norm; however, multiple rows can be provided depending on the body’s width.

Flex-Guard’s flexible strip brushes applications are; skirting, sight seal, splash guard, support strips, wire management, hold articles, positioning, restraining, and protection. Flexible staple set brushes provide the designer and end-user with a functioning seal maneuvered to a specific position, and contour to follow different surfaces such as routers, machine heads, and vacuums. The staple set design has a particular feature that allows it to perform so well where any vacuum requirements exist – the brush allows sufficient airflow for the vacuum to work while still providing the containment features.
Standard Staple Set Flexible Strip Brush
The Standard FLEXBACK strip brushes are 1-inch tall rubber and come in the stock size of a 12ft length and cut into 6ft lengths that are excellent for router heads, CNC machines, and sweepers, and vacuums along with many more uses.

The heavy-duty FLEXBACK strip brushes have in-stock five-inch lengths, but call in (custom orders are available) upon request. The heavy-duty is sold in 6ft increments.
