STAPLE SET BED BRUSHES

A staple set brush is one in which the filament or bristle is forced into a flat surface (similar to a toothbrush), and trimmed to length.  A wide area of this surface, if densely spaced, is ideal for supporting heavy metal or other material. In the past, sheet material has been moved on steel tables or metal rollers.  This is not only extremely noisy, but it can be hard on the finish of certain products. Our Staple Set Bed Brushes placed to fill a work area, will support the material gently and quietly as it moves across the surface of the machine’s bed.

Staple Set bed brushes offer the designer a broader range of individual design options than any other single brush style. Staple set bed brushes consist of tufts of brush filaments stapled into a drilled or molded hole. The block can be any material that can be penetrated with a staple and firm enough to hold the staple in place.
